Company Drivers: Schneider is also hiring company drivers for the following positions: Over-The-Road (Van), Dedicated, Bulk (Tanker) and Intermodal with or without driving experience. Schneider over-the-road truck drivers can also take advantage of great benefit programs such as the Schneider Home Run Program, a shared driving opportunity that allows up to 17 full weeks at home each year. Most of our job opportunities get drivers home on a weekly basis.
Owner-Operators: Get more control and more money with Schneider's new Percent-of-Revenue-Based Lease Option. Our owner-operators choose the loads they want from our freight pool with comprehensive, real-time online access. There are no agents or middlemen to work through. With this option you’ll get 65% of line-haul revenue, 100% of fuel surcharge, 100% of accessorial paid to our owner-operators. Many Schneider owner-operators average $1.30 - $1.35 per mile while selecting their own loads and average over $165,000 per year. If you prefer a mileage-based lease option, Schneider offers $.90/mile, plus accessorial pay - averaging $1.20/ mile. The choice is yours.
